In that pause, a deep chakra practice and Reiki training changed everything. I learned to regulate first, then release, then rebuild. Bit by bit, my sleep returned, my energy steadied, and my life started to feel like mine again.

I’m a Shinpiden (Master) Reiki practitioner and integrative teacher rooted in the chakra system, somatic nervous-system repair, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, EFT/Tapping, and Positive Psychology.
