Midlife & Longevity

Living longer matters. Living those years well matters more.

I’m in midlife. And I’ve become fascinated by what happens next — not by wanting to be thirty again, but by how strong we can stay, how well we can sleep, and what actually matters for a changing body.

I don’t want to be thirty again. I don’t. I’m interested in something much more useful.

How strong can we stay? How well can we sleep? How do we understand a body that’s changing?

And with so much being said about longevity, menopause, hormones, supplements, peptides and “anti-aging” — what’s actually worth paying attention to? These are questions I’m asking in my own life right now. And they’ve become a new part of my work.

A private 21‑day audio experience

The Midlife Reset

21 days. Your body. Your habits. Your next chapter.

€49 Coming Soon

Not another book to download and forget about. Not a hundred rules for aging perfectly. And definitely not a program that tells you everything wrong with you.

The Midlife Reset is 21 days of private audio with me — a few minutes each day to learn something, think about something, practice something, and begin deciding how you want to take care of yourself for the next part of your life. Throughout, I’ll also guide you through selected Double Touch Method practices, because this isn’t only about information — it’s about learning to pay attention to your own body again.

21 private audio sessions. One payment. Yours to return to whenever you need it.

Four places to begin

You don’t have to wait for the 21‑day program. Start with what matters to you now.

Easy

Sleep

I’ve been creating sleep practices for years — long sleep meditations, guided rest, healing nap sessions, practices for the nights when your mind simply won’t stop. Now I’m looking at sleep through another lens too: what it means for us as we get older.

Strength & longevity

Strength & longevity

I’m interested in strength not to become obsessed with fitness, but because I want my body to keep letting me live my life — carry my own bags, climb stairs, travel, swim, walk through a city all day, get myself off the floor, remain independent.

Menopause & midlife

Menopause & midlife

Nobody really prepares us for this part. Bodies change. Sleep changes. Our relationships with food, weight, sex, energy and ourselves can change. I’m continuing my studies in menopause and midlife wellbeing because I’m living this stage too — and where medical expertise is needed, I want to learn from people who genuinely have it.

Retreats

Retreats

This is where all of it comes together — rest, sleep, movement, strength, beautiful food, the Double Touch Method, conversations about midlife and longevity, specialists where they add something valuable, long lunches, the sea, and afternoons where absolutely nothing is expected of you.

The longevity things everyone is talking about

I'm curious too. But I'm also interested in separating interesting from useful — and useful from hype. I'm not here to prescribe medication or tell you which peptide to take. I'm here because I'm curious too.

This becomes a place to explore what people are talking about, what qualified experts are saying, and the questions worth asking before jumping onto the next longevity trend.

What I'm learning. What I'm questioning. What I'm actually trying.

The Midlife Edit

Why I'm thinking differently about muscle after 50

Some of it is science. Some of it is personal. Some of it is simply me changing my mind.

What menopause has made me question

Things I've tried that I wouldn't bother with again — and what specialists are teaching me.

Why I'm taking sleep more seriously

And what nobody seems to talk about enough.

I'm not trying to be thirty again.

I don’t want every conversation about getting older to become a conversation about looking younger. I want more than that.

Start with one thing. That's enough for today.

Sleep better. Get stronger. Walk more. Ask your doctor a question you’ve been putting off. Call somebody. Rest. Or simply begin paying attention to your body again.

Twenty‑one days. Your body, your habits, your next chapter.
